Ellansé is a collagen-stimulating dermal filler that combines immediate volume enhancement with gradual collagen production. It is designed to restore facial volume, improve contours and provide long-lasting facial rejuvenation.

Ellansé dermal filler works through two complementary processes. The gel carrier provides immediate volume following injection, while the PCL microspheres stimulate the body's natural collagen production. As the carrier gradually dissolves, newly produced collagen helps maintain volume and support the skin's structure.

Depending on the product used and your individual needs, dermal fillers may be used to enhance or restore volume in areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, as well as to soften certain facial folds or hollows.

You may feel some discomfort during the injections. Many hyaluronic-acid fillers contain a local anaesthetic, and additional comfort measures may be used where appropriate.

Many fillers made from hyaluronic acid can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate.
