About Doctor Vygintas Kaikaris

From my childhood I dreamed to be a doctor, because I have already at that time thought that a man has benefit with his work. I think that every medical practitioner should aim “firstly not harm”, so I act honestly in my work – I do not do what is impossible and I do not promise what I can’t. During my consultation, I try to establish the relation with each patient, because the best results are achieved only when a patient fully trusts a doctor. Only open speaking, without any embellishments and without false expectations, establish the relation leading to a successful and pleasant result

Education

1991 graduated from Kaunas Medical Academy;

1994 completed residency in general surgery; 1996 acquired the specialty of a plastic reconstructive surgeon;

Since 1994 General Surgery Physician, and since 1996 – Doctor of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery at Clinics of Kaunas Medical University;

2005 obtained a license from a Swedish plastic reconstructive surgery doctor;

2009 Doctor of Medical Sciences.
